I ordered 1 piece chicken and chips but it did not come with the order. The wrap, battered chips and 2 burgers came. The food was good at a reasonable price. I paid for something and it did not come.

Took 2 hours to deliver, have ordered from here before and it took 1 hour 30 minutes, and was told the same as last time we ordered. "Sorry for the long delivery, it won't happen again" The Food is good, burgers are nice but an hour+ waiting time isn't worth ordering for. Each time we have ordered, we end up having to call asking where the delivery driver is, and they are always just leaving the store after 90+ mins I live maybe 10 minutes away at most, I'm not sure how its happened to be over an hour each time.

a lot better when you get it in person- it doesn’t taste as fresh when you get it delivered and they don’t put in effort with the presentation. It also takes ages to come when it’s based 10 mins away by car.

Ordered ar 17:38 was told delivery would be around 18:38. Called them at 19:00pm and they said the food would be 20 minutes. Food actually arrived at 19.40 so 40 minutes later and it was cold. All in all pretty shocking experience.
